The NZXT Alpha is an ATX mid-tower, entry-level gaming case made of 0.6mm thick steel. This tool-free case has a clear acrylic window on the left side and blue lighting on the inside. The Alpha features four external 5.25” drive bays, two external 3.5” bays and five internal 3.5” bays.

The case also has room for seven expansion slots, designed for additional components such as video and sound cards. The front panel includes ports for two USB2.0 connections, a microphone and headphone jack, plus one e-SATA connector. This case includes two 120mm cooling fans, one located at the case’s rear and one on the side window panel. Another 120mm fan can be added to the front of the case at the user’s discretion. The NZXT Alpha measures 21.5" x 8.6" x 19.7" and weighs 13.8 lbs.
