Cooler Master ATCS 840
$300.00
Released November, 2008
The Pros:Many large fans built in. Fan placement and internal design helps maximize air flow. Removable motherboard tray makes cable routing much easier.
The Cons:Styling is overly conservative and boring looking. Gets heavy right away, hard to carry around.
The Cooler Master ATCS 840 is a heavy-duty ATX/e-ATX/Micro-ATX tower computer case with a classic all-aluminum design that builds on the legacy of the original ATCS design. It features a lightweight frame & chassis with three 230mm fans, a dedicated air-duct for graphics card cooling, and an HDD cooling module for even greater cooling.

In addition, the ATCS 840 supports an optional 120mm bottom fan, and two 120mm HDD fans. Most notable about the ATCS 840 is its capacity for dual processors, thereby giving users the opportunity to super-charge their system with maximum computing power. Additional features of the Cooler Master ATCS 840 computer case include a cable management system for better cable routing and neatness, a slide-out motherboard tray along with an easy CPU cooler-remove slot, and a patented finger pressing 5.25” drive to dust filter. The Cooler Master ATCS 840 retails for $299.99 and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
