Antec Twelve Hundred
$175.00
Released January, 2008
The Pros:Dust covers for all intake fans. Lots of room. 5 120mm fans + 1 200mm fan come stock, with 'brace' for inner fan and side fan.
The Cons:Big and heavy. Bigger hsf's might have an issue if side 120mm fan is used (my Coolmaster V8 "JUST" fits, see photo in gallery). Possibly hard to transport to LAN's due to size and weight, especially with lots of drives/video cards.
The Twelve Hundred is a gaming case from Antec. Created with hot components in mind the Twelve Hundred focuses on the basics: cooling those components, and showing them off at the same time. The largest gaming enclosure from Antec, the Twelve Hundred has tons of room for multiple over-sized graphics cards, and a great deal of cooling capacity with tripple 120mm intake fans, dual 120mm exhaust fans, and an oversized 200mm top exhaust, as well as two other fan mounts for additional cooling if necessary.

With the added bulk of the Twelve Hundred over the Nine Hundred and Three Hundred, lugging this monster around will not be easy.

Dust screens would be much more useful if there was a "toolless" removal method. As it is you have to take the side panels off, remove screws from all HD cages, slide the cages out and remove the dust screens.

Only 200mm fan LED can be turned off, the 5 120mm fans can not have the LED light turned off.

fan options and perforated case design can lead to noise issues
